We provide a free 30 min first pre construction consult. We will visit your space and understand the project scope, your style, your vision, the budget.

Free

Material Selection

We will help you pick the finished materials (tiles, granite, stones, hardware, cabinets, etc.) that works with your style, space and budget.

Price: $250 / hr (including travel time to material vendors)

Spatial Planning

We will work with the contractor to create a floor plan for the space if any spatial (wall demo, new wall construction, piping change, etc)

Price: $199 / hr

Construction Mgmt and Site Visits

We will take the burden of construction off your shoulders and provide help in dealing with your contractor queries and job site visits everyday.

Price: 199/hr + travel (based on location of job site)

Lights Plan

We will work with you to understand your lighting requirements and pick the product that works for the space and accentuates your unique style.

Price: 199/hr

Landscaping Design

We help clients design their beautiful backyard retreat.

Price: 199/ hr

Note: All pricing either per hour basis or based on scope of work (if client needs fixed price)
